CAMPING Info
- Tickets will not be sold at the gate
- Main Venue Location: Swan Gully Park – 388 Swan Gully Rd, Bromelton QLD 4285 (Google Map below)
- Check-In: Ticket (PDF with barcode) must be displayed on your mobile for scanning check in @ Swan Gully Check-In tent
- Check-In Time – From 6am each day
- Raffle Tickets: will be on sale for $5 each with prizes drawn Saturday night. (Cash / EFTPOS or On-line prior)
- Breakfast: Bacon & Egg Rolls available for purchase from club as well as Coffee van on-site @ Swan Gully (Cash or EFTPOS)
- No Pets (unless express permission provided by JeepFreakz QLD Management)
- No Drugs
- Alcohol: None permitted in Jeep even passengers. Whilst BYO is permitted, excessive drinking will not be tolerated and you risk being ejected from the venue without refund. This is a driving event not a booze up. If this is not for you please request a refund prior to the event starting.
- Main Event Management Radio Channel: 70 / 30 (this is for Emergencies and Event Management Communication only)
- Friday Meals: Friday night we will have a BBQ Food Truck (click here for menu) for purchase from 5:30pm to 7:30pm
- Saturday Meals: Dinner provided for those with camping tickets, Breakfast & Lunch up to each attendee.
- Sunday Meals: Breakfast & Lunch up to each attendee.
- Facilities: There will be 6 portaloos on-site and there is also 2 showers available at the park (4 to 6 Saturday $1 coin for 2 mins). Otherwise you are welcome to bring your own showers / portable toilets if you prefer.
- Water: Please bring any water you need for the weekend.
- Firewood: For campers we will have a communal firewood pile, once this runs out you are permitted to collect in the park but only already fallen trees/ logs / branches. No Chainsaws.
- Children: Please ensure you monitor children around water and fires at all times.
